Description | Smeg Service UK have been supplying a high level of service to customers of the prestigious designer Italian kitchen appliance manufacturer Smeg for over 25 years. Due to the continued success of the Smeg UK brand we now have an exciting opportunity to expand our Accounts team. Based in Cannock, Staffordshire, our offices serve the whole of the UK and Ireland, providing advice, liaising with our service network and supplying spare parts. We're looking for an enthusiastic new team member who's duties will include : Analysing supplier invoices. Importing supplier invoices onto to sage. Processing and coding sales invoices. Matching payments to customer invoices. Processing customer statements and dealing with queries. Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager. You must have at least 1 years experience of working in an accounts environment. Experience using Sage Line 50 accounting software would be advantageous. You must have good computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel. You consider yourself to have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. |
