Description Smeg Service UK have been supplying a high level of service to customers of the prestigious designer Italian kitchen appliance manufacturer Smeg for over 25 years. Due to the continued success of the Smeg UK brand we now have an exciting opportunity to expand our Accounts team. Based in Cannock, Staffordshire, our offices serve the whole of the UK and Ireland, providing advice, liaising with our service network and supplying spare parts. We're looking for an enthusiastic new team member who's duties will include : Analysing supplier invoices. Importing supplier invoices onto to sage. Processing and coding sales invoices. Matching payments to customer invoices. Processing customer statements. Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager. You must have a minimum AAT level 2 qualification and at least 2 years experience of working in an accounts environment. Experience on Sage 50 would be advantageous plus basic excel knowledge.

Description The Spares and Webshop Administrator will report directly to the Spares and Webshop Manager. They will receive and process orders from the public, trade customers and service engineers via telephone and email, as well as completing admin work for our Webshop. They will identify parts from exploded diagrams and deal with credit-card transactions, ensuring that confidential customer information is accurately recorded. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths and English; be fully computer-literate with good keyboard skills; have a basic technical understanding and a good telephone manner with the ability to work on their own initiative.
