Smeg DWF66 is displaying error code C3

Q. My DWF66 is displaying error code C3 and not draining properly. There is no mention of this code in the manual. I have cleaned filters and checked drain pipe is clear, as well as power on and off.



A. You  have entered the factory diagnostic test sequence. please follow these instructions to exit the test sequence.



1- open the appliance door


2 - press the on button


3 - press the program button 4 times within 3 seconds


4 - appliance should display P0 to indicate it is ready to program.


 if this fails to solve your problem, you may have a pcb issue which will require the attention of a Smeg engineer.
