Having problems cooking in my oven / cooker

Q) I am having problems with roasting meat in the main oven of my cooker / oven. The fat / oil from the cooking spreads around the interior of the oven and very little is left in the dish used for roasting the meat. The items cook well but the mess within the oven is annoying and this has not happened before when I have roasted meat in other fan assisted ovens.


A) It is advised that all foods are covered with foil or a lid during cooking.
