My Cooker Hood is noisey is this a fault?
Q) My Cooker Hood is very Noisey on all speeds, and the motor does not seem to change from number 1 setting to the highest setting, is this a fault?
A) No, this is most probably not a fault of the appliance. Please check with your installer that the ducting connected to your appliance is fitted correctly, and that it meets the minimum dimentions for the outlet.
please note that the ducting cannot be reduced as this will lead to a less efficient, more noisy appliance. The ducting size will be either 120mm or 150mm depending on your model. Ducting sizes can be found in your user manual. Your ducting will need to be checked first before service intervention, if its reported that your ducting is not correct, you may be charged
