Q) My washing machine will not drain?


A) Please check and ensure that the waste hose has been correctly installed. If your appliance empties into an under sinkwaste system please ensure that the blanked end of the waste spigot has been removed. The filter needs to be free from debris. Check that the waste hose has not become trapped or kinked as this could also result in a failure to empty the waste water out of your appliance. If the fault persists please consult an engineer.
