The Smeg Smart Chef system is a programme containing certain preset recipes, making it even simpler and quicker to cook your favourite dishes. The stored recipes, a list of which can be found in your product user manual, include precise settings such as temperature, cooking times etc. Once you've tried out a recipe, if you want to change a particular setting such as cooking method, temperature, time and level (1-2-3-4 where 1 is the least intense), then you can store the new recipe just how you like it. You will then be able to select it from the list in future.
