Cooker hood height over a hob
Q. What is the minimum height that a Smeg cooker hood can be installed over a hob?
A. The standard installation heights are 650mm over an electric hob and 750mm over a gas hob, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. You must check the specification and requirements of both the hood and the hob and use whichever distance is greatest. This will be found in the installation guides.
