Q) There is an awful smell coming from my dishwasher / washing machine?


A) your appliance may be experiencing a backflow situation, this occurs when the waste pipe is connected underneath the sink and there is no loop in the drain hose and no plastic former fitted, the absence of the plastic former could allow dirty water to flow from the sink into the base of the appliance.

To refresh the smell coming from the drum, we suggest putting the appliance on a very hot wash with use
