My appliance is completely dead?
Q) My applaince is completely dead, what should i check before calling an engineer?
A) Start by checking that the appliance is switched on at the socket, if the socket is switched on try another known working appliance into the socket to test the supply and finally replace the fuse in the plug with an identically rated fuse. if these steps do not cure the fault, please call an engineer, details of local engineers are here - www.smeg-service.co.uk/postcode
