Q) What are the regulations regarding fitting gas hobs without flame failure devices, FFD's, in flats or multiple dwellings?


A) FLAME FAILURE REGULATIONS - WEF 1 Jan 2008 GAS Cooking appliances cannot be installed in flats and other multiple dwellings unless they feature Flame Failure Device (FFD's) on all Burners.
