The cook zones on my induction hob have locked.

Q:  The cook zones on my induction hob have locked.


A:  This is normal on the model numbers listed below.  The zones will automatically lock 20 seconds after the last command, to prevent accidental changes. To re-activate the zone press the up or down button for 2-3 seconds.
