Service requests that are submitted between the above times will be actioned and confirmed directly with you the same day between these hours.
Any Service requests submitted after 1:00PM on Saturdays will be actioned and confirmed the following Monday between 8:30 AM - 18:00 PM.
We offer all day appointments in 2-3 working days of receiving your Service Request.

At the time of the engineer visiting they will require Proof of Purchase (I.e Dated receipt from the retailer you purchased the appliance from).

Prefered Call Out Date 1(*)This is the prefered date you would like the engineer to visit the appliance. We will then attempt to book the call on that day.This is a required field.
